RTS Terrain editor

Inspired by the way you can 'paint' terrain in the StarCraft terrain editor, I decided to give the algorithm a try. Whenever modifying the terrain, the editor will automatically adjust the existing terrain around the edited part so the terrain stays consistent at all times. For example, when drawing high level terrain 'through' low level water-type terrain, transitions between mountain, low level ground and finally water will be inserted automatically.
